SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COST IS CALCULATED BASED ON PRODUCT WEIGHT, WE USE FEDEX AS SHIPPING AGENT TO ENSURE THE BEST LOGISTIC SERVICE IS BEING USED TO DELIVERY OUR PRODUCTS. THERE ARE RANGES FROM 4 TO MAXIMUM 10 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING ALL FURNITURES. THESE LEAD TIME REFER TO THE TIME SPAN FROM THE ORDER ENTRY UNTIL THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED TO YOUR SPECIFIED LOCATION.

EVENTUAL CANCELLATION ON DREI FURNITURE ONLINE STORE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO DREI TEAM WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION. IN THIS CASE NO EXPENSES WILL BE CHARGED. IF THE CHANGE OR CANCELLATION ARE NOTIFIED AFTER 14 DAYS, THEIR COSTS WILL BE CHARGED CORRESPONDING TO THE COST INCURRED IN THE PROCESS.

 

RETURNS POLICY

IF YOU ARE FIND OUR FURNITURES HAS DEFECTS, CRACKED TEAK, MIS-SHAPED STRUCTURE.  YOU CAN RETURN DREI FURNITURE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE AFTER THAT DREI FURNITURE WILL BE COVER BY ITS WARRANTY.  GOOD RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY WITH THE SUBMISSION OF A VALID PROOF OF PURCHASE AND IN NEW, UNUSED AND RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, DELIVERED IN ORIGINAL PACKING. DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT CAUSED BY AN INADEQUATE PACKAGING WILL AUTHORIZE DREI TO CHARGE THE REPAIRING COSTS TO THE CUSTOMER.

 

WARRANTY

ALL DREI PRODUCT COME WITH 2 YEARS WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE PROMISED TO RECEIVED GREAT FURNITURE WITHOUT RUST, WOOD CRACK, LOOSE STITCHES OR BAD SHAPE CUSHION ON DELIVERY. THE WARRANTY COVERS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECT FROM FACTORY AND BREAKS.

  • STAINLESS STEEL PART WARRANTY WILL BE COVERED FOR 5 YEARS IN CASE OF CRACK OR BROKEN.

  • TEAK PART WARRANTY WILL BE COVERED FOR 2 YEARS IN CASE OF CRACK.

  • UPHOLSTERY CUSHION WARRANTY WILL BE COVERED FOR 3 YEARS IN CASE OF FADE COLOUR.
